What is the Pomodoro Technique?
A time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, named after a tomato-shaped kitchen timer. Focus on one task for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break, and after four rounds take a longer 15 to 30 minute break. Short blocks make it easier to start, and scheduled breaks make it easier to keep going.
