Rings on time, even in another tab

Browsers slow down background tabs. Minuto schedules the alarm sound with your audio device the moment you press Start, so it plays on time while you work in other tabs. If your computer sleeps or your phone screen locks, sound may not play, so turn on Keep screen awake.

Share a timer

Copy link gives you an address with the current duration. You can also write it yourself: add ?t= followed by seconds, or a format such as 10m or 1h30m.

FAQ

No sound?

Check your volume and silent mode. On iPhone, the silent switch can mute browser audio. Use Preview to test first.

What if I reload the page?

A running timer is restored. Browsers require a click before playing sound, so press Pause then Resume.
